ALX II RS

The Arc Logger Ten (ALX) is a fully digital, programmable, battery powered Arc Welding Data-Logger and Monitor, capable of measuring all of the main parameters in the Arc Welding Process.

Each logger has an in-built printer to give an instant hard copy of the weld results. The results can also be held within the unit's internal memory which can then be loaded to a PC via the unit's RS232 Serial Port.

ALX units are supplied with probes to measure Arc Voltage and Welding Current as standard. Additional options are available to measure Wire Feed Speed, Weld Head Travel Speed, Pre-Heat and Interpass Temperatures and Shielding Gas flow.

The ALX will prove itself as an invaluable tool wherever Arc Welding takes place. It can be used to develop and improve welding procedures, cost analysis of weld consumables, for the training and qualification of welders and the continuous on-line monitoring of production weld programs.
