PMI - Positive Material Identification

The PMI Master is an optical emission spectrometer that utilizes an electronic source to spark a test area. Ultra High Purity Argon Gas is used to detect lower wave lengths of Carbon (down to 0.005) as well as Phosphorus and Sulfur.

Grade Identification

Allows Partek to come on site and perform a Hardness Reading and a Chemistry to identify or prove that specific requirements are fulfilled. (Ex. Grades: A36, X52, 2H50)

Grade Analysis

Allows Partek to come on site to perform a Chemistry to material needing repaired (BOP's, Valves, Cranes etc.), to ensure the proper weld procedure is used. (Ex. Grades: 1018, 8620, 4130 etc.)
